The Pool Bar is located on the ground floor level next to the outdoor pool and serves the pool and the hotel’s large sandy beach. Here you will enjoy your coffee, healthy fresh fruit smoothies and milkshakes with homemade ice cream. The snack menu gives you plenty of choice throughout the day and you will find homemade handmade pizzas, burgers with homemade bread and delicious pasta with always fresh ingredients.
At lunchtime, at the pool restaurant, you can additionally dine on local specialties, fresh fish or seafood appetizers and the best cooked summer dishes of Greek cuisine, accompanied by a cool, fresh local wine.
The bartender always prepares your cocktail, from a list of classic cocktails, but also from a collection of special whiskies, spirits and aged rums.
All this, you can enjoy at the pool bar, in the comfort of your poolside lounger, on the lawn or in your carefree position on the beach under your umbrella.
This is also where the summer entertainment nights take place, such as live music with an orchestra, music with a Swing band, piano nights and a dancing band with traditional Greek dances. The atmosphere with the tables and chairs around the pool brings you closer to the starry sky of Negroponte Resort on hot summer nights.
